Onward to Opportunity (O2O) is a no-cost civilian career skills program from the D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. Provides industry-recognized professional certifications, career training, and employment support to transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses. The Jacksonville NC site is one of multiple regional delivery locations.
