State notices
Several states require charities that solicit donations from their residents to register and to publish a state-specific disclosure. VBC’s required notices for the states where we operate are listed below.
VBC is headquartered in Wilmington, NC.
Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-888-830-4989 (within North Carolina) or (919) 814-5400. The license is not an endorsement by the state.
VBC operates the Tri-Cities chapter in TN.
Financial and other information about Veteran Business Collective’s purpose, programs, and activities can be obtained by contacting the Tennessee Secretary of State, Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming, at 1-615-741-2555, or by visiting sos.tn.gov. Registration with the Tennessee Secretary of State does not imply endorsement.
VBC operates the Pensacola chapter in FL.
