In short, I work with employers to evaluate, build, and manage employee benefits programs with a focus on controlling costs, improving the employee experience, and taking much of the administrative burden off the employer. Our work can include major medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefits, along with strategies around pre-tax benefits and employer/employee funding. Beyond plan design, a large part of our value is on the service side, employee education and one-on-one enrollment, benefits technology, onboarding and terminations, claims assistance, and ongoing account support. My approach is fairly simple: understand what the employer is trying to accomplish, identify where there may be gaps or unnecessary friction, and then determine what solutions actually make sense rather than simply adding more benefits.
